个人简介:

王辉,男,国家海洋环境预报中心原主任、研究员,澳门新葡萄京娱乐app下载兼职教授、博士生导师。主要从事海洋环境预报理论与数值预报方法、业务化海洋学等方面的研究,目前主要从事北冰洋海洋环境预报和北极航道保障系统研究。发表论文110余篇,主编著作和译著7部,以第一完成人获国家海洋局海洋科学技术奖(一等)两项和中国海洋工程咨询协会海洋工程科学技术奖(二等)一项,培养硕士、博士研究生及博士后20余人。现主持国家重点研发计划海洋环境安全保障重点专项项目1项,担任国家重点研发计划全球变化及应对重点专项总体专家组成员和国家自然科学基金委员会西太平洋地球系统多圈层相互作用重大研究计划专家组成员,先后主持并完成863计划、科技支撑计划、自然科学基金重点和面上项目等多项科研项目。现还担任国际海洋预测科学计划理事会成员等学术职务。目前担任《海洋预报》杂志主编及《海洋学报》、《海洋科学进展》等杂志编委会委员。

主要成果包括:构建了全球-大洋-近海三级嵌套的全球业务化海洋学预报系统,系统稳定高效业务运行,实时提供和发布全球多尺度多要素的海流、海浪、海温、海冰、海面风场等预报产品,实现了全球海域范围内从百公里级到公里级空间分辨率的一体化预报业务全覆盖;构建了适用于我国近海及其临近海域的三维物理-生态动力学耦合模型,揭示了东亚季风变动对南海浮游植物、营养盐以及碳循环等的显著影响,首次从模型角度阐释南海生态环境对厄尔尼诺事件的响应,丰富了南海生态系统对全球气候变化响应的定量认识;提出和组织构建了我国海洋生态环境的业务化预报系统,并推广应用于海洋污染物输运的预测工作,实现渤海可溶性污染物输运扩散的试预报,并应用于“311日本福岛核泄漏事故放射性污染物漂移扩散在日本福岛海域的近岸预报和北太平洋海域的中长期输运预测;组织建立了南海天然气水合物试采工程海洋环境保障系统,构建了现场内波观测系统,突破了内波快速预警技术,成果成功应用于南海神狐海域天然气水合物试采作业现场保障工作。

Abstract:

Hui Wang, as a part-time professor and PhD supervisor of Shandong University, has a wide research interests, including physical oceanography, ocean circulation and numerical forecasting, Marine ecosystem dynamics and modelling, Climate change, Operational oceanography, etc. Prof. Wang is a member of GODAE OceanView International Scientific advisory committee, Editorial Board member of “Acta Oceanologica Sinica” and “Advances in Marine Science” journals, the chief editor of “Marine forecasts” journal. Prof. Wang devotes to supervising postgraduate students (more than 20 postgraduate students has graduated) and has hold many scientific projects. In recognition of his outstanding contribution, Prof. Wang has been awarded several national awards.
