I hope you are all doing well. I've been very busy as usual and things are really progressing well! My golf game is coming around and I'm gaining more confidence in my new swing and my results are showing that. I just played my latest event at Washington National and finished 5th, so things are indeed looking up. I head back to Oregon in late April for my next event and I can't wait. On the health front I'm doing well. The only issue I'm having is soreness the next day but no pain when I'm playing which is great news. My Non-profit organization just had our very first fundraiser and it was great. I have to thank my wonderful team of Lisa Winfrey, and Vickie Daniels for the amazing job they did with food and setting up things. I have a great team and we will be adding more people as the year goes on. I also had a great time coaching at the First Tee of Seattle this winter and look forward to the spring. April is going to be another busy month for me as I will play a match play event at Chambers Bay against my good friend Jack Miller. I'm looking forward to it. April is Autism Awareness Month and as you all know I'm a big supporter and advocate for autism. My niece and nephew are autistic and I'm doing all that I can to make sure I raise awareness and help in any way I can. I always dedicate my golf season to all families and will host events to help them. Autism affects 1 in 68 kids, 1 in 42 boys and 1 in 189 girls and numbers are growing daily. Join me in raising awareness and donating $10.00 to TeamWinfrey and help make a difference in the lives of many. Also don't forget to wear your blue during the month of April. I thank all of you who take time to read my blog and support what I do. I will be back mid April with another blog. follow TeamWinfrey on Facebook and Twitter and continue to make someone or something better.
