Well, its Chambers Bay Golf Course up next and I have never played it, but heard nothing but great things about it. My game I feel is really coming around and the only thing holding me back is my driver. If I hit the driver well, there is no doubt in my mind that I will score and put myself in the mix. Prep begins this week for the next tourny and I'm really going to work overtime to get things together. my short game is getting sharper and my putting has been good this season. I feel like Im getting ready to peak and the only thing left to do is work with that driver. I do think this course will require a lot of irons and fairway metals off the tee and thats all I will work on this week to prepare. So far this tour is everything I thought it would be and more. The guys are great and the tour director is awesome. The courses are second to none and Im having a blast. I want to thank all of you who continue to support my website. I have also raised 35 dollars for Autism so far and with more tournaments to go, I'm sure I will reach my goal. take care everyone and you will here from me soon.
Well, where do I start. I think I played the worst round of my short Am Tour career and it was all long game issues that put me behind the 8ball from the jump and got worse as the round went on. the only thing that went well was my short game and putting. At times it was embarrassing to watch my driver fail me over and over. Tomorrow I will get right back out on the range and practice and then play a practice round wed. My next event is the Emerald City Masters which is not part of the tour, but a tourney that I hopefully will be able to find my long game, because Chambers bay is only a couple of weeks away and I'm preparing for that now. If I can drive it, I know I can score. My playing partners were great and the day was beautiful. Well I just gotta keep building. It seems like I got half of what I'm working on doing great which is chipping and putting, now I have to fix the long game and I am confident I can do it. Talk to you soon.
