I hope you all have had a great August up to this point and I hope it keeps getting better as we come down the stretch. I have been super busy teaching at the First Tee of Seattle and building my brand which is hard work, but so worth it. Getting out in the community and listening to stories from mom and dads about autism and doing my best to help has been amazing and eye opening. Everyone has a different story to tell and sometimes they just want someone to talk to and vent a little. I will be visiting some families in Tacoma, Bellevue and Seattle as I start my little promotional tour as I build relationships and do all I can in the community. I want to thank Matthew Laurance of ESPN in Kentucky and Vicki St. Claire here in Seattle for allowing me to be on there radio shows to promote my brand and continue to grow. I want to also thank my co host Lisa Iland for joining me on my radio show to continue to raise awareness about autism. Lisa you Rock!! On a health front, I'm getting better and I'm allowed to chip and putt which is good, so I'm slowly on the mend. The workouts in the gym have been pretty good and phase 1 is almost complete. There are a lot of events coming up for me as we wind down the month of august. I will be at the Boeing Classic, and working on finalizing the field for my tournament which will benefit Autism. We have a Autism picnic coming up on August 25
GUILD FAMILY PICNIC AUGUST 25th
We have reserved a picnic shelter at Lewis Creek Park in Bellevue. It's a great location as there is a nature center that is quieter for kids who may prefer the indoors. Everyone is invited. Bring your family, a friend, and some food/drink to share. More details and RSVP to come.
Sunday August 25th (11:00am-2:00pm)
Lewis Creek Park

As always I want to thank all of you who support me on Facebook and twitter. I'm truly blessed and I will continue to build and grow and it's all because of you. I will talk to you soon and don't forget to listen to Lisa Iland and I on Monday September 2nd on blogtalkradio.com Talkin Autism with Lisa and Eli.
Take Care and Gold Bless.
August is finally here and even though I'm not able to play golf, I'm still doing things like building my brand and raising awareness for and about autism. I'm also back in the gym preparing for the 2014 golf season. I sure do miss playing with my peers on tour, but I know that I will be back stronger than ever and barring any setbacks, I will work really hard. My back and elbow are doing well as physical therapy will continue along with training and I just keep telling myself it's a process which it is and I have to be patient. My Brand is coming along as well as I continue to try my best to make a difference in the world. TeamWinfrey is all about autism and doing great things in the community. As I said before, anyone can join TeamWinfrey, but you have to be involved in your community and give back. It doesn't have to be money you give back, just go out and volunteer and help people and I promise you, the feeling you get when you do that lasts a lifetime. My radio show is which debuts Monday august 5 on blogtalkradio.com is going to be fun. I will introduce my new co host Lisa Iland who does incredible work for the autism community and I'm honored to have her be a part of the show. Lisa and I are Board members for the Seattle Children's Autism Guild and we are excited about what we are going to bring you so please tune in. As always I want to thank all of you who support me. It means a lot and I'm grateful for my friends on twitter and Facebook, and to my autism community, I LOVE YOU!! Thank you for reading my blog. Talk to you soon. Take care and God Bless.
