I hope everyone is doing well! As this year continues to pick up steam, things for me are getting pretty busy as well. This month I have three three events with very little time off. I will also be doing some coaching at the First Tee of Seattle as well so on the golf end, it's going to be go. go, go! My game has been in neutral as of late. The last few events I haven't got going when I needed to and a lot of that is do to putting. I've missed a lot of putts inside of 10ft and I'm really working hard to fix that. I have five events left and two of them are really big ones in Las Vegas at the end of this month and Palm Harbour in September. Hopefully I'm peaking at the right time.
My radio show Talkin Live with Eli will be back this month with a couple of great guests that I'm excited to chat with! The show will still be a little erratic pertaining to how many episodes I do, but I hope to have at least 2 this month. The show is a huge hit with fans and friends as they listen to various people talk about what they are doing in the community and how they are helping others who are less fortunate. If you would like to be on my show, please let me know! I love giving you the platform to raise awareness for causes that are important to you.
TeamWinfrey is doing outstanding as we are getting ready for our charity golf fundraiser in August! July 11th we will open registration for the event that will be played at The Home Course in DuPont, WA! I'm so excited that they are hosting my event. More info will be coming very soon! proceeds will benefit TeamWinfrey, and the TeamWinfrey scholarship fund as we continue to help the community. I'm currently looking for someone to run my website on a volunteer basis. If you know of anyone who would be interested, please let me know. I want to shout out my amazing team for doing a fantastic job! Lisa and Vickie are great team players and a real asset to me as I continue to learn about the process.
Before I go, I want to talk about my trip to Springfield, MO in June. I had an amazing time with the Stars 4 Autism crew! Linda, Shelli, Elizabeth, Brenda and Jan were spectacular and I really appreciated the time they put in to make things very special. Even when my back locked up, they made sure I was taken care of. I was honored to be the special guest and giving the very special award to Declan Dillard was awesome! Hanging out with Trey on the range was neat as well. Trey is going to be a great golfer and I hope to play a round with him next year when I'm back. Getting to see and hang out with Jacqueline again was also very cool. I really appreciate everyone who was there at the all star baseball game at the Miracle league field and the mayor for taking time to meet with me as well. Keep up the great work Springfield!!
As always I want to thank everyone who checks out my site. I appreciate it. I wish all of a very happy and safe 4th of July weekend! Continue to make someone or something better. Dream Big, and never settle. Do not let others expectations of you define who and what you are or what to be. Work hard and believe in yourself and I promise you, great things will happen! Take Care and God Bless.
