I hope everyone is doing well as we move closer to summer. Things have been busy for me and that's the way I like it. My golf game however still is stuck in low gear, as I continue to find my game amid this swing change. I'm currently working on the body swing as apposed to the modern swing which made me a streaky player. I'm very close to being where I want to be. Trusting the process is something I've always done because the results always show in the end. With six events left, I have to believe things will change for me and it starts in Cle Elum, WA at the end of May. Until then I'll try and get in as many reps as I can and keep pushing.
TeamWinfrey is doing well and we are excited to be sponsoring a PGA Junior League team with the help of The First Tee of Seattle. I attended orientation and I'm excited for the youth to have fun and compete in a great environment! I will also be in Vancouver, WA this month visiting Stephens Place, a independent apartment community for adults with developmental disabilities. I'm so excited to meet these amazing individuals and share with them why I play golf and how much they mean to me. My team continues to work hard as we help those who need us.
My podcast is doing great! Toni continue to bring it and the guests have been fantastic! You can catch us every Tuesday at 11am pst on blogtalkradio.com (The Elijah Winfrey Show).
I appreciate the love and support on all social media platforms. Continue to help those in need around you and don't be selfish with your compliments. Always try and make someone smile. I catch up with you in June!
